EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY.
If you are shopping online, you have the right to exercise the below exchange terms and conditions:
- The exchange period will expire after 15 days from the delivery date.
- To proceed with the exchange, you shall hand over the product to any of our Claline and each item to its respective brand.
- Please notify us by sending an email to shop@claline.com in case of shop closure.
- Our customer service team will contact you to extend the exchange period based on your request received by email.Â
Exchange is not applicable in the below cases:Â
- If you do not present the original receiptÂ
- If the items are used or openedÂ
- If the Label Tag is missingÂ
- If the Items have been modified or altered Â
- all para products and categroies.
