SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates

Flat Rate: 1.99 USD

shop@claline.com  delivers only across Lebanon.

Shipment confirmation

  1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  2. Once Items are ready for delivery, within the next 2 days, Aramex and other 3rd party Delivery our courier partners will reach out to confirm your delivery date, address etc. by SMS.
  3. You will receive an SMS from our shipping partner, and he will contact you on the day of delivery.

Damages

Make sure you verify the package before our courier leaves your address.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Lebanon.
